Cyberia Collectors’ Card #41 NoCanDo

#41 NoCanDo
Yup, this is a photograph we found of actor Harit “Harry” Puri who played NoCanDo. An order for an exotic snake had been cancelled and Mitch Thorne was given ten dollars to create an alternative.

“I prefer snake to sap.” –NoCanDo

District: Megacorp Valley

Occupation: “Team leader” of the Bombay Butchers.

We are 99% certain that “team leader” means capo, but the unknown employee who worked on him couldn’t be bothered to research this detail and has subsequently made a spectacular blunder. Or, most likely, their heart just wasn’t in it anymore.

We’re sure you probably already know, but in mafia parlance, a capo is high up the food chain, overlooking the “office workers” also known as the soldiers and directly below the “company director” known as Unhinged Maurice.

The only other detail we have is that NoCanDo has a love for snakes. Apparently this was to connote his slippery grip on loyalty. However, this type of literary device doesn’t really translate to the cyberpunk genre but here we are.

We should also state that it’s clear from the remaining collectors’ cards (41-50) that the team responsible for character development was on the verge of giving up. According to some notes that we have found, these were all sketched towards the end of August which is when office relations took a serious turn for the worst.

Preferred Weapon: A gun with no name.

Favourite snake: The Malagasy Leaf-Nosed Snake.
