District: Little Amsterdam

Occupation: Aspiring narcotics manufacturer.

Toby has arrived from out of town, having heard that there’s only one chef supplying the whole of Little Amsterdam with pizza. Such a monopoly on illicit drugs and streams of candy is unheard of in any other district. So Toby wants a big slice of that crystal pizza and is prepared to do anything to get it.

Selling medical grade drugs to the junkie masses is the easy part. What Toby needs to worry about is the competition. And the only competition is the old school, cool and calculated Gunther.

Toby is well aware that a move onto Gunther’s patch is immediate warfare which he needs to plan for. Like many budding lab technicians in Cyberia, he has nay allies nor patrons. He therefore needs to figure out a road map for either working with Gunther or eliminating him. Both roads are fraught with danger.

Toby seems to believe that Gunther is old and tired despite only being 40 (although we have read notes indicating that the average life expectancy in Little Amsterdam is 45 which was scribbled out and lowered to 43). This could be Toby’s fatal mistake. Gunther can be ruthless when he needs to be which is supported by his impressive kill count.

Favourite ice cream: Toby swears by a daily fix of bitter chocolate ice cream topped with maple fruit fly.
