District: Megacorp Valley

Occupation: Organised crime leader specialising in extortion, importing exotic drugs and chemical weapons, counterfeiting Candy Coins, counterfeiting computer chips, laundering, pimping, larceny and indecent exposure (he frequently gets his nuts out in front of the Cyberpigs).

According to some notes, Tommy Hawk is one of the bad guys. He was abandoned as a child and was brought up in one of the toughest orphan facilities in Cyberia. It was largely staffed by robots who had no emotional connection with anybody; a tragedy for the orphaned runts in need of mother love.

Tommy rebelled at every opportunity and, before even getting the swipe card for his first apartment, had built a lucrative black market business selling counterfeit candy to big-time criminals.

As the series kicks off, Tommy finds himself in a predicament. The war between the greasers and the Russian mafia is heating up and he doesn’t know in which direction he should extend his shaking hand. He has had a truce with both gangs for years on the understanding that it will remain so long as each other’s turf is respected.

Truth is that Tommy hates both gangs equally and wants to expand his own criminal enterprise. He knows that he can’t remain neutral forever so he needs to figure out which gang to side with. If he gets this right and then launches a surprise attack on the victor, he could eliminate lots of Cyberian competition once and for all. How this pans out will depend on what the player decides to do.

As we can see, Tommy also has a third rate warbot bodyguard named Arnie. Arnie is made from “uberalloy” which means that even sitting on top of a volcano when it erupts would struggle to put a dent in its bum cheeks.

Preferred Weapon: The GENO-NORK; a deceptive handgun that shoots like a machine gun with bullets dipped in genetically modified snake venom.

Favourite ice cream: Crystal meth and juniper.
