Occupation: Full-time pet.

Dot is a baby-sized adult suffering from a rare disease known as perma-baby. The disease appeared a few years after psuedo-scientific trials involving human and bonobo cross breeding. They were carried out by SKARS Corp after Lord Garf took over and steered the megacorp tractor in a no fucks given direction.

These perma-babies don’t physically grow beyond three years but their brains develop at the same rate as the average Cyberian. And as we can see from the above image of Dot, perma-babies need to wear special android technology to aid them with basic movement, often with the help of some classy V-Spex.

At two years old Dot was abandoned by his mother as she finally admitted that she’d given birth to a worthless perma-baby. She dumped him on a busy sidewalk in a suburban district of Megacorp Valley never to be seen again.

This was a regular occurrence in Cyberia. Hundreds of perma-babies would appear all across cities and nobody knew what to do with them. They clearly have no utility and charity in Cyberia was rarer than a handshake.

Yet because of their cuteness, it was decided by the shadowy top dogs of the Cyberia Council that all perma-babies were to be kept inside glass cages in a warehouse on the east side of the city. They were to be fed and watered until somebody wanted to take them in as a pet. They also began researching how to genetically breed them to make some extra candy.

It is worth mentioning that in the Cyberia Universe, the animal kingdom had been decimated and many species of animals had disappeared altogether. Zoos such as this one here were filled with holograms. Alongside this tragedy, however, insects grew in population and were often farmed as a new source of unappetising protein.

From the scant information we’ve looked over, we have absolutely no idea how Dot was going to be a playable character in the Cyberia Universe. He is completely shit. Nothing more than a skidmark left on a public toilet by some greasy gas junkie.

If we come across any further information, we will share it here. But we’ll be crossing our fingers that we never do.

Preferred Weapon: Z-blade. Dot only carries a blade because his fingers are too small for even the smallest handgun trigger. He has been saving up for an adult-sized hand transplant for many years.
